Roofs + Gutters

  • Moss removal

This involves carefully removing the moss using a mobile scaffold platform and roof scrapers shaped to your tiles design.

This enables us to monitor the condition of the tiles prior to cleaning the roof thoroughly. In some circumstances, this may be the only option suitable depending on the condition and type of tile.

This method is often used on older or more fragile tiles.

  • Low pressure wash

This method uses the latest specialist roof cleaning equipment.

Using a lower pressure water surface cleaner ensures your roof tiles are safe from damage but also achieves the best and most immediate results. It removes the worst of the stubborn dirt, algae and lichen, prior to an inlcusive softwash treatment.

  • Softwash Treatment

Following any method of moss removal or roof clean, we generally insist on the application of a biowash treatment. Without this, moss may grow back in a few months.

This long acting chemical treatment ensures any remaining moss spores, lichen or algae are destroyed. Natural weathering and oxidation will kill the remaining growths and wash off over time. This treatment contains an active ingredient that offers improving results over months.

  • Gutter clearing

    Gutter Clearance

This involves removing all the leaves, moss or plants growing in your gutters! These block your gutters and mean water cannot escape away from your property.

The spashback and overflow is a major cause of damp.

  • Gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning

    Gutter, fascia and soffit clean

The fascia and soffit boards that run along your gutters can get filthy and be a real eyesore. Cleaning these makes a huge difference to the curb appeal of your property.
